humm is a Buy Now Pay Later service that lets you get what you need right now and pay back the balance in instalments.

Like other Buy Now Pay Later services, humm allows customers to divide the cost of their purchases into smaller more manageable ‘slices’, which can be paid back interest-free.

Think of it as a modern version of lay-by, where you get the purchase up-front rather than having to wait until you’ve paid all the instalments.

It’s the perfect solution for those more unexpected purchases, such as a new washing machine or a last-minute birthday present for a colleague.

What makes humm different?

The unique thing with humm is that you can buy both the Little Things (up to $2,000) and the Big Things (up to $30,000) depending on your own needs and finances.

Our Little Things option is great for those pressing purchases that you need but may not have the cash to cover right away. You can repay in 5 or 10 slices weekly or fortnightly, depending on what suits your lifestyle best!

Our Big Things option can help out with those more significant and serious expenses whether that be dental work or a new car. With the Big things you can repay over 6, 12, 24 months all the way up to 60 months.

As soon as you have signed up and been approved, you’re free to shop at any of our online or instore humm retailers with your Little Things wallet. Your initial spending limit depends on the background info you’ve shared with humm during the sign-up process, so it will vary from customer to customer.

With Big Things, you need to apply and get approved before you shop with humm. If approved, you’ll receive a barcode which indicates the maximum amount you can spend which you can use in-store.
