How do refunds and returns work with humm Classic?

Returning goods is dependent on the merchant's return policy, and is outside humm's Classic control. For refunds and returns, you will need to contact the merchant directly, and you can usually find a merchant’s returns policy on their website.

It can take up to 10 days to receive a refund.

Until the refund is confirmed and processed by the merchant, instalments will continue. You can push back your next payment on the mobile or web App.
