You’ve got a life, we get it! At hummgroup we offer a blended approach to working that gives you the flexibility to work both at home and in the office (we call these team back to base days). Each team decides which three days are best to be in the office, with the other two set work from home days. This allows a mix of getting together with your team in-person at least three times a week to connect and collaborate and two days for you to decide whether to work from home or the office.
