Phishing scams

21 November 2022
We are aware of an SMS phishing campaign targeting our customers. If you receive an SMS asking you to confirm your humm account details by clicking a link, please treat it as suspicious. We would never ask you to verify personal account details via SMS.
If you think you may have clicked on a phishing link, please get in touch with us. We also recommend that you block the suspicious number and if you’re ever in doubt, change your humm password.
Keeping your humm account safe is our priority. Find out more about hummgroup’s Responsible Disclosure Policy here.
