Can I pay off my humm contract early?

Yes, you can pay off your humm contract early without any additional fees or charges. You will only pay the balance owed on the date you make the payment. You can do this by logging into your humm app or online account and make a payment for the amount of your outstanding balance.

When can I use a Pre Authorized Debit (PAD)?

If you have set up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) in your humm account you can use it to make payments, except for the first payment, which needs to be made with a credit card.

How do repayments work?

With humm, repayments are spread over time—over 6 equal bi-weeky repayments or equal monthly repayments. When you apply for humm, we will ask you to connect a funding source for repayments. How are manual repayments applied?

Think of all of your upcoming repayments as buckets. As you make a manual repayment, it will be applied to the next closest bucket until it is full and then it will move onto filling up the following bucket.

How do I update my account details?

You can change your address by going to Settings > Personal Details on the app or on the website. To change other details, complete this form and we will be in touch.

How do I find my account balance?

To see your account balance, or how much you owe on all of your purchases made with humm, log into your humm account on web or the app and you’ll see the outstanding balance and credit you have available on your dashboard.

How do I close my account?

Once you’ve repaid your purchases in full, if you would like to close your account, please complete this form and select ‘Other’, include ‘I’d like to close my account’ in the message, and we will be in touch.

I live in Quebec – can I use humm?

Unfortunately, humm is not currently available to customers or merchants in Quebec – but we are working on it! We’re looking forward to making humm available to all Canadians very soon.
