I received a suspicious email that says it’s from humm, what do I do?
If you don’t recognize the sender or you’re uncertain about the authenticity of any emails, don’t open it and don’t click on any links or open any attachments. Please send an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of the email.

I was approved for a lower amount than what I applied for, and what is required to pay for the entire purchase. How do I proceed?
In some cases, humm is unable to provide you with the limit you requested. We use proprietary technology to assess your application and provide you with the best credit limit based on that assessment.
Where can I shop with humm?
You can use humm in-store or online at participating humm partners. We are building new partnerships everyday so that we can provide humm to more Canadians!
Can a customer re-use their limit or do they have to apply again?
Yes, as you pay off your humm loan, those funds will become available again in your wallet. You can spend that limit at any clinic or location that accepts humm.
How long is a pre-approval/limit valid for?
We highly recommend utilizing your limit within 6 months from approval. It’s possible we will decrease unused limits in your wallet. If you require additional funds, you can apply again at any time.
