Christine Christian humm group


Chairman, Independent, Non-Executive

Christine has more than 35 years’ experience in senior executive roles in Australia and overseas, primarily in financial services, credit risk, private equity, investment, Government and media including 14 years as CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Australia and New Zealand, Chair of D&B Consumer Credit Bureau, and Executive Director of Dun & Bradstreet India.
Christine is Chair of Auctus Investment Group Limited (ASX: AVC), Tanarra Credit Partners and Immediation and currently holds non-executive director roles with Lonsec Financial Group and MaxCap Group. She is President of the Library Board of Victoria and Council member of La Trobe University.
Andrew Abercrombie humm group


Founding Director, Non-Independent, Non-Executive

Appointment: Director, November 2006
Andrew became a founding director of the original FlexiRent business in 1991. He is an experienced commercial and tax lawyer and was a founding partner in a legal firm operating in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Following several years in property investment and tax consulting, he became involved in the FlexiRent business in 1991, and until 2003 was Chief Executive Officer.
Rajeev Dhawan humm group


Independent, Non-Executive

Rajeev is currently a partner of Equity Partners. Rajeev has over 23 years’ venture capital and private equity experience (through Hambro-Grantham; Colonial First State Private Equity and currently Equity Partners) with a particular focus on the mid-market segment and has been a director of a number of listed and unlisted portfolio companies.
Carole Campbell humm group


Independent, Non-Executive

Carole Campbell has over 30 years’ financial executive experience in a range of industries including professional services, financial services, media, mining and industrial services. Carole commenced her career with KPMG and has held executive roles with Macquarie Group, Westpac Institutional Bank, Seven West Media, Bis Industries and Merivale.
Carole is a Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Media Group Ltd (ASX: SXL) and Deputy Chair of Council of the Australian Film Television and Radio School.
John Wylie humm group


Independent, Non-Executive

John Wylie is the founder of investment firm Tanarra Group which invests in venture capital, private equity, private credit and selected public companies. He was previously CEO of the Australian business of global financial services firm Lazard. He co-founded advisory and investment firm Carnegie Wylie & Company in 2000 which was acquired by Lazard in 2007, and before that was Chair of investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston in Australia. He is President of the Library Board of Victoria.
John holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland.
Alistair Muir humm group

Alistair Muir

Independent, Non-Executive

Alistair is an experienced digital executive and entrepreneur with a focus on growing and scaling digital businesses. He has worked with a broad range of ASX50 and Fortune 500 companies to successfully launch new digital products and ventures.
This includes launching what is now Apple Music in Australia through to supporting the creation of more than 30 new companies from world-class science and technology from Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and other publicly funded research institutes.
Alistair holds a first-class honours degree in computer science and postgraduate qualifications from both Harvard Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Rebecca James humm group


Group Chief Executive Officer

Rebecca joined humm group in October 2018 as CEO, from her role as Chief Marketing and Enterprise Officer for Prospa. Prior to that Rebecca was Chief Marketing Officer for ME where she led the product and customer experience teams and was voted #12 in the top 50 CMOs in Australia.
Prior to joining ME, Rebecca had a successful career at customer experience agency Lavender, including seven years as managing director.
Chris Lamers humm group


Deputy CEO & Chief Customer Growth Officer

Chris joined humm group in April 2017 as CEO of the NZ business, and was appointed Deputy Group CEO in July 2019.
Prior to this he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Sovereign where he established the online sales channel, customer engagement programs, and data analytics functions.
Chris also held several roles with Loyalty New Zealand (Fly Buys), first as Head of Marketing, then as Head of Customer Engagement (incorporating marketing and sales) and lastly as Interim CEO.
Adrian Fisk CFO humm group


Chief Financial Officer

Adrian joined hummgroup in July 2021. Prior to joining hummgroup Adrian was CFO and Head of Partnerships at Willow, a data technology business.
Prior to Willow, Adrian was a partner and the National Leader for KPMG’s Financial Services practice, working with Banks, FinTech, Wealth, Insurance and PE firms.
He was also responsible for KPMG’s CFO Advisory practice and worked across the US and Asia on treasury engagements.
Tim Lord humm group


Chief Credit Officer

Tim has an extensive background in credit and collections having spent 20 years with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) where he held a number of leadership roles, including President Australia/New Zealand.
After finishing with D&B in 2014, Tim formed Anteris Consulting, a specialist agency with a primary focus on credit risk. During his time consulting, Tim undertook numerous assignments for publicly listed companies and Government Agencies. He joined humm group in July 2018.
Andrew Murrell humm group


Chief Operations Officer

Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and government sectors in Australia and New Zealand including digital, brand and communications roles at Bank of Queensland, Commonwealth Bank and within the New Zealand Government.
With significant experience in leading strategic projects – particularly those focused on customer experience and digital innovation – Andrew joined humm group in 2019 and is responsible for customer contact centre operations, including IT environments and application systems across the business.
Natalie Nicholson humm group


Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer

Natalie joined humm group in May 2019 in the role of Chief People & Culture Officer. With 20+ years of international, regional and local expertise in HR and strategic commercial roles, Natalie was previously on the Executive teams at Challenger, CBA and ING.
In 2017, she joined the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet on a six-month secondment through Chief Executive Women and CBA. Natalie was on the Sydney council for United Way.

Group Executive Ireland and Commercial Australia & New Zealand

Robert has led humm group’s Irish business since 2016 during which time he has rebuilt, stabilised and grown the existing business while launching a fully digital point-of-sale business.
With a career that spans the international banking sector, Robert held senior management roles at St George Banking Group, National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Westpac prior to joining humm group. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, Australian Institute of Management and Institute of Public Accountants.
Vaughan Dixon humm group

Vaughan Dixon

Chief Information Officer

Vaughan joined humm group in February 2021 as Chief Information Officer, bringing over 25 years’ industry experience with credit risk, decisioning, technology and credit bureaus. Prior to joining humm group, Vaughan spent over a decade at Dun & Bradstreet and the rebranded Illion business in a number of leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer. He was also one the founders that successfully launched the Decision Intellect fintech, and guided that business from it’s infancy through high growth into a profitable provider of credit technology processing millions of mission critical credit decisions annually.
Most recently, Vaughan was a principal for Comprehensive Credit Decisions, a consultancy specialising in credit and technology and prior to that was a product consultant for ANZi, the corporate venture capital arm of ANZ, where he lead the product strategy, direction and build for a new venture they were incubating.
He is a specialist in applying technology, analytics and innovation within corporate environments.
Isobel Rogerson humm group


Company Secretary

Isobel joined humm group in November 2018, following her time at ME Bank, where she was Company Secretary and General Counsel.
Prior to ME, Isobel had worked in various roles at UBS Australia, and in the National Australia Bank Wealth Management division.
Isobel worked in a private legal practice for several years before moving into financial services, obtaining her GAICD and FGIA.
