Can I complete the application on behalf of the customer?
When your customer is applying for a humm loan, it is important that they submit their own personal information so that we are able to properly assess and make a decision on their application. They can’t use a combined income or business accounts as part of the assessment.
How does a customer make a purchase using humm?Â
Customers must apply for financing, be approved and have the required funds available in their humm wallet in order to make a purchase using humm. They can apply for pre-approval here or they can complete the application during the checkout process on your website or in-store using the Payment Portal.

Yes, pre-approval is done on the humm website. The customer applies online and if approved, they can use their balance at any business that is partnered with humm.

Can I use humm if my store prices are in USD?
We are only able to offer financing in Canadian dollars at this time.
I have multiple stores or the same store on two different platforms. Can I still use humm as a payment method?
Yes, we work with many multi-location businesses. Our team will work to understand your business so that we can provide you with a program and onboarding experience that works for you and your customers.
What ecommerce and POS platforms can humm integrate with?
