Can I complete the application on behalf of the customer?

When your customer is applying for a humm loan, it is important that they submit their own personal information so that we are able to properly assess and make a decision on their application. They can’t use a combined income or business accounts as part of the assessment.

They can apply for pre-approval here or they can complete the application during the checkout process on your website or in-store using the Payment Portal.
