Visit shophumm.com or open the app and hit ‘forgot your password.’ Enter the email address that you used to create your account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Changing your card details is easy through the humm website or app by going to Settings > Payment Methods. Within the app or online account you can make a one-off payment.
Can I change the name on my account?
You can change the name on your humm account if your name has been legally changed. Just complete the form found here. We may ask you for a copy of an official document that shows your new legal name. You cannot transfer a humm account to another person.
When do I have to pay the balance of my humm contract before I incur any charges?
If you pay off your humm contract on or prior to the agreed contract end date you will incur no additional fees.
Are there any additional fees or charges for making repayments with a credit card?
No, there are no additional fees or charges when making repayments using a credit card. In fact, if you use your credit card to pay off your humm loan, you’ll still be able to collect credit card points on your purchase.
