How do I add a new payment method or funding source?

If your funding source has recently expired or been replaced, you must update the card details on your humm account. Here’s how you change your funding source: – Under ‘Settings,’ click ‘Payment Methods’ – Select ‘Add Card’ – Enter your credit card or Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard card details – Click ‘Add’

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Visit shophumm.com or open the app and hit ‘forgot your password.’ Enter the email address that you used to create your account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Can I change the name on my account?

You can change the name on your humm account if your name has been legally changed. Just complete the form found here. We may ask you for a copy of an official document that shows your new legal name. You cannot transfer a humm account to another person.

How do I change my payment details?

To change your payment details go to Settings > Payment Methods to update your card or bank details. You can do this on the app or on the website. You can also make an unscheduled payment and check your balance on the app or website.

Why is my last payment not appearing in my account?

It may take up to 24 hours for a card payment to reflect in your outstanding balance in your account on the website or the app. Automatic withdrawals from your bank account may show as “pending” while your bank confirms the payment.
