Once you submit your application, we will be in touch within 48 business hours. Please check the email address you used at sign-up and check your junk/spam folder.
Are there any credit risks to my business by offering humm?
No, there’s no credit risk to your business to offer humm.
Do you work with insurace companies?
While we do not work directly with any insurance providers, our Business Development team can walk you through best practices for patients submitting payments for reimbursement from their insurance provider.
What does your reconciliation process look like?
The full amount of the purchase will be deposited into your account next business day, less the applicable fees charged by humm. You’ll receive a remittance report daily, which outlines all purchases, refunds and fees.

Can a customer re-use their limit or do they have to apply again?
As a customer repays their loan, that balance will again become be available in their wallets to spend with any businesses that offer humm.
