When is the customer’s first payment due and when are the fees charged?

The first payment is due at the time of purchase. Depending on the purchase price and your program’s specifics, customers can take up to 5 years to pay off their humm loan with monthly payments. Monthly payments are a combination of fees and interest plus the customer’s repayment on the principal.

How does humm handle returns and exchanges?

humm is unable to complete refunds on behalf of businesses. All requested refunds and exchanges are subject to the business’s return policy. Do you check a customer’s credit history?  

humm does a soft credit check when the purchase is under $17,500. This soft check will not impact the applicant’s credit score. humm does a hard credit check when the purchase is $17,500 or over. This will show as a credit inquiry on the applicant’s credit score.
