At humm, we offer a simple and convenient alternative to paying with cash or card for goods from our retail partners. With humm, you can spread the cost of your purchase by applying for a fixed sum loan. Each retailer offers a tailored set of loan terms, so it's best to check the terms with your chosen retailer by using our quote calculator.To get started, complete a humm application and we will assess it for you. If you are eligible for credit from humm, you can use the credit to make purchases from one or multiple of our retail partners, both in-store and online.You will then pay back the loan over the agreed term, making payments to humm based on the terms agreed at the time of the purchase. As soon as you have signed a contract with us, you will get the integration guide based on your e-commerce platform. A member of our integration team will then generate your humm API credentials so you can configure the integration. We can also provide test credentials if you wish to test this out in a test environment prior to production.

The refund process is very straight forward and can be completed from within your retailer portal. We also have an API available if you wish to integrate this function within your own order management system.
We offer functionality to action a full or partial refund on any completed purchases. The amount refunded is then deducted from the next banking payment and passed to the customer.
