When a customers completes an application for humm we do a credit check to determine the credit amount we can offer. This may sometimes be less than the amount requested if we are unable to offer the full amount.

If the customer has requested a lower amount and for example the price of the product has increased since or they didn't consider the delivery charges they can request a higher limit. To do this, it is best to direct the customer to contact our customer support team on [email protected]. The team will then review this request to see if we can increase this further. To complete a second review, the customer may be required to provide more documents e.g. bank statements.
