You can confirm the amount of available limit you have at any time through your customer portal by logging in at www.myaccount.humm.ie
Once logged in you will be able to see your Available Credit and the limit expiry date.
If you have a valid Approval (Available Credit is greater than €0.00) and need an increase then please email us at [email protected] or visit our live chat at www.shophumm.com/ie/help-centre to request an increase.
Live chat is available Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 16:00.
Be sure to:
• Email us from the email address you used for your application.
• Include the amount you need to complete your purchase – how much is your new purchase (including any delivery fees) you are looking to finance.
Once we receive your email we can advise on any additional requirements for us to process the increase request.
In most cases a new application won’t be necessary.
If the increase you are seeking is greater than €2,000 and your last application was more than 7 days ago then a new application would be required. You can submit the new application at apply.humm.ie
Please Note: The submission of a new application cancels the existing approval and the new application is then assessed on all the up to date information available.
If your customer portal shows Available Credit of €0.00 this means your previous approval has expired and a new application will be required. You can submit the new application at apply.humm.ie
In line with the Consumer Protection Code 2025 which came into effect on 24th March 2026 all requests for limit increases must be made in writing.
