What fees and charges are associated with using
humm credit?

There are interest, fees and charges associated with using humm credit.
Each time you make a purchase using humm credit you use:
• an application fee may be charged and
• a monthly account keeping fee may also be payable.
The amount of interest and fees payable will depend on the credit plan you choose. The availability of credit plans varies between retailers. 

If you know the retailer you intend to purchase from, you can use the Get a Quote option available on each retailer’s page in the SHOP section of our website to view the exact amount of fees payable for each credit plan they offer.


The table below sets out the current range of fees and charges that may apply to your loan with us

Interest Rate (variable) Range

0% - 14.99% p.a

Interest is calculated daily on the outstanding credit balance and is charged on the installment payment date. 
Application Fee Range 

€0 - €50

Once off at time of loan establishment (if applicable)
Account Keeping Fee Range

€0 - €20

Monthly on the installment payment date (if applicable) The Account Keeping fee is added to the monthly payment
Dishonour (late payment) Fee €9
  • €9.00 charged if a payment is not made by 12pm on the day after the due date.
  • The Dishonour Fee will only be charged once for each late payment.
  • If unpaid the Dishonour Fee will be added to the outstanding balance and will be subject to interest at the Stand Rate Variable.
