You can only log into your customer portal after you’ve made your first purchase with humm.
Please click here to log in with your email address as the username (email address at time of applying) and your password you chose.
If you’re still having difficulty, please ensure that you’re using the email address (used at the time of application) and the password you choose. If your password is not recognised, you can request a reset by selecting Forgot your password? and a link will be emailed to you. If an email is not received within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
