Why is my last payment not appearing on my login area?

If your last payment is not appearing on your portal, there could be several reasons why. Here are some possible explanations:
  • Processing time: Payments made during the day are applied to agreements at the end of the day when the system updates overnight so it may take up to 24 hours for a payment to reflect in your outstanding balance on your login area. If the payment does not appear after 24 hours please get in touch here


  • Technical issue: It's possible that there may be a technical issue that is preventing the payment from appearing on your login area. In this case, we recommend logging out of your account and logging back in, or trying to access your portal from a different device or browser.


  • Payment not completed: It's possible that the payment was not completed, and the funds were not deducted from your account. In this case, we recommend checking your bank statement to confirm if the payment was processed.
